Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, index, and make the article permanently available through the journal's publishing platform and other legitimate scholarly communication channels.

Authors retain the right to use, share, and reuse their published work in accordance with the applicable licensing terms, provided that appropriate acknowledgement is given to the original publication in the journal.

Rights Granted to the Journal
The journal is granted the right to:

Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted manuscripts do not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of any individual or organization.

Authors should:

·       Obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted material where required.

·       Properly acknowledge all third-party content.

·       Ensure that figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, datasets, and other materials are used lawfully.

·       Confirm that submission of the manuscript does not violate any contractual, institutional, or legal obligations.

The Editorial Office may request evidence of permission for copyrighted material during the editorial or publication process.

Third-Party Material
Where a manuscript contains material owned by another individual or organization, authors must obtain any necessary permissions before submission unless the material is used under an applicable legal exception or an appropriate open license.
